Six specifications decide whether a belt screen printer fits your production. First, platform and belt size: it sets the largest part you can feed — a 60×300 cm belt on our DY-5070, or a 600 mm wide line on the WL60200. Second, maximum print area: 30×50 cm on the DY-5070 and up to 400×600 mm on the WL60200, covering everything from bag logos to large graphics. Third, registration accuracy: the DY-5070 holds ±0.04 mm repeatability for fine detail, while the WL60200 prints monochrome to a 1.5 mm tolerance without color overlay — match the spec to your artwork. Fourth, workpiece thickness and height: up to 50 mm of substrate on the DY-5070, and up to 80 mm tall on the WL60200. Fifth, speed: 1200 prints per hour on the DY-5070 and 1800 in fixed-mesh mode on the WL60200. Sixth, the line around the machine — air supply, drying, and tooling. Send us your part and target output; we will confirm the model and configuration.
