Belt screen printers earn their keep on flat products that arrive in quantity. The most common job is bags — paper, non-woven, PP woven, and plastic — where a logo prints at speed and the belt carries each piece through without handling between stations. Leather and synthetic leather come next: notebook covers, bag panels, and wallets print flat before assembly. PVC film and other flexible plastics suit belt printing because belt tension and suction keep thin material from curling. Glass and acrylic parts — display panels, decorative blanks, and bottles standing in carriers — print cleanly when thickness is inside the machine's range: up to 50 mm on our DY-5070 and up to 80 mm on the WL60200. Beyond material, three details decide success: part size against the print area, the ink system for that surface, and whether parts need UV curing as they leave the print station. Send us a sample part and your target output; we will confirm the machine, tooling, and setup.
